This is my first foray into the world of blogging. I'm not sure what to expect, but I'm willing to give this thing a try since I believe I have something to contribute to the worldwide web's ongoing dialogue. I've called this blog The Stopped Watch because even a stopped watch is right twice a day. Therefore as I make various posts, I do so knowing that every so often what I say will be right. Of course, whenever I make a post, I'll believe that I am right in what I am saying otherwise I wouldn't be saying it. However, I'll just have to let those who happen to read this blog make a judgement for themselves. Ultimately though, I realize that God is the One who will make the judgement as to whether what I say is right or not. Therefore, I dedicate this effort to Him so that I might be pleasing to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
