We are told in the Bible to pray without ceasing. Sometimes this is a very hard thing to do, when you're just trying to get the basics done in life. Prayer is burden when we begin to look at it as something extra in our life as opposed to an essential part of our life. If we can breathe without thinking about it, we ought to pray as our first instinct.
